Frequently Asked Questions

What is PowerPlex used for?
PowerPlex has multiple use cases and is suitable for all hair types. It's used to protect your hair from harsh chemical treatments such as bleaching and coloring, typically done in salons. It also repairs your hair from damage after chemical treatment. Additional effects include added silkiness, shine, and softness. PowerPlex can also be used as a home care product.

Which PowerPlex products can be used at home?
PowerPlex N°2 can be used at home as a powerful Plex treatment and conditioner. It is more diluted than N°1 which is meant only for salon use. N°3 can also be used at home as a spray for quick silkiness and shine. N°3 is made as a bonus after full treatment from N°2 at home.

Approximately how much PowerPlex N°1 should you use?
Use 8mL (or 8g) for bleaching services. Use 4mL (or 4g) for coloring and other general salon services.
